Terms of Service

These terms apply when you work with Mirot, a logo design studio based in Canada. By paying for a package, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Our services are for businesses, and you confirm you have the authority to agree for yours.

• Essential: $369 USD + tax. Complete: $529 USD + tax.
• You pay in full after we agree on a direction, before any design work begins.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.
• Extra work, like a new direction or a brand-new idea, is quoted and paid separately before we start.

• First concepts within 3-5 business days of payment.
• Final files in 2 weeks or less, as long as we both keep things moving.
• If you need more time to reply, the timeline moves with you.
• If we don’t hear from you for 30 days, we may close your project without a refund. Email us anytime before then if you need a pause.

• You get 2 concepts (Essential) or 3 concepts (Complete).
• Once you pick one, you get 3 business days of unlimited changes on it, starting the day after you pick.
• Changes mean adjusting the concept you picked: fonts, colors, shapes, spacing. A completely new idea (like a butterfly instead of a bird) is new design work and may cost extra.
• When the 3 days end, we prepare and send your final files.

• Changed your mind right after paying? Tell us within 24 hours, before we start drawing, and you’ll get a full refund.
• Don’t like the first concepts? Ask within 2 business days of receiving them, before picking one, and you’ll get 50% of your package price back. Or, for an extra fee, explore a new concept instead.
• After you pick a concept, payments are non-refundable.
• If we can’t finish your project for any reason on our side, you’ll get a full refund.
• Fees for extra work, like a new concept, are non-refundable once that work begins.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

• Once you’ve paid in full and received your final files, the final logo is yours. You own it, including the copyright, forever.
• Concepts you didn’t pick, and concepts from a refunded project, stay ours. Please don’t use them.
• Every font in your logo is cleared for commercial use, so you can use it on your sign, packaging, and website without extra fees.

• You confirm that anything you send us (your business name, references, images) is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it.
• Every logo is custom-made for your business, but we can’t guarantee it will qualify for a trademark. If that matters to you, have a trademark lawyer review it before you start using it.

We only show your logo in our portfolio if you say yes, and only after your business opens. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• We keep your files for 1 year after delivery. Lost them? Just ask.
• Simple file requests, like re-sending a file, a new file size, or a color adjustment for your printer, are free. Changes to the design itself or new design work are quoted separately.

We do our best work for every client. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for your project. We’re not responsible for printing, signage, or production done by others.

If something isn’t right, email us first, and we’ll work it out together. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when you paid applies to your project.
